Customer service is good. I've been a customer at this facility since December 1, 2019. Oh, before I forget I almost fell over a ceil fan and a bag of trash that was sitting near my unit yesterday that wasn't even mines. It was cool there in the beginning up until last week when I went to start retrieving my things out of the unit. Felicia has great Customer Service & she's wonderful. Cubesmart has a whole is awful. I've been at this storage since 2010. I've always had the same price with all three companies until Cubesmart. There's an increase every so many months. I went to $97-167 including a invoice fee. If I signed a contract back in 2010 you'd think everything would be the same. If I have to pay for you to mail me a invoice please keep it I didn't ask for it. New comers should have rate changes not people who signed a contract years ago. Losing a... read more
I was told my rate was NOT an introductory rate, but just a few months after I signed my contract, my rate increased. Meanwhile, there were other units advertised for my original price. This was not a good feeling.
RecommendedJeremy was very professional and knowledgeable showing me 4 different units to choose from. Units seemed dry and it’s right off Interstate 65, do very convenient
Prompt and friendly. Eager to help me get settled into storage. Which was perfect
