Yes. Very friendly & helpful. Had a bad experience at the next location on Miles, but Sue, District manager, made up entirely for that experience. The Warrensville Road personnel are MUCH friendlier & helpful & restored my view of CubeSmart. THANK you!
Fuck Cube Smart and their rate increases, they can't even plow the goddamn driveway so you can get to your locker! I will be getting out of here ASAP and will NEVER use them again.
I really like CubeSmart. The location is convenient. The unit is very clean and climate controlled. Jasmine did a wonderful job setting up my account and is very personable. I would highly recommend the North Randall location.
