Friendly, eager to help, and a clean facility. The elevator is a big help, too.
We just got a storage unit on Saturday. This will be our 2nd time using this cubesmart location and we just love the service and convenience. Our manager, Jeannie Cox, is always pleasant and helpful. Units are clean with easy access and always have carts available. Doors and elevators are wide. I have never had to struggle getting my stuff in or out. I have also rented the moving truck in the past. No problems at all. This is my goto storage.
The people that run the storage place are very nice and they do everything they can to help you get what you want.
