Good service and cleanliness
I was a big fan of CubeSmart. Professional and pleasant staff. Great service. Easy facility. However, I was told that the price of units fluctuate, for better or worse, and my price would be whatever it is at the time of sign up. The price sounded reasonable and I signed up thinking I was locking it in. (I didn't even need it yet, just thought I was locking it in). 3 months later I get a notice that there is a 10% increase in the cost of my unit. I just rented a unit from them. Sally handled the transaction professionally, friendly and efficiently. It was a pleasure. We rented a nice clean unit at an excellent price. We like the drive up units which seems to be the majority of what they offer. We had priced another local company whose rates were much higher. I can't imagine why anyone would go to the other place.
The movers were on time, very efficient, and friendly.
Nicholas was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. I would recommend CubeSmart to all my friends.
BEWARE... don’t not bring any of your storage needs to this facility!! They are crooks!! I moved out of my unit on the 3rd of the month they make you pay for the full month, as well as they are claiming something was left in my storage unit and charging me for two extra months late fees and and auction fee! Thankfully my nephew is an attorney!! I should mention I used this facility for almost 3 years prices constantly increasing, I’ve paid them close to $7000.00 and this is how they treat you when you move out! Disgusting!!
Bryan was extremely helpful and polite while my family was at CubeSmart. Couldn't have been a better experience!
