i was able to rent online without a problem. However, I didn't get a gate code. I called and they right away had a gate code for me. when i got there, the unit had a lock on it. After office hours they had some one come Oct and cut it off straight away. They are friendly, efficient, and Xi'an place top rent.
This is my second time using CubeSmart self storage and I’ve had nothing but grate customer service. They made it simple for me with there on line service. I was not able to make it there before there office closed but when I did everything I need was left for me in side my unit. I’m very satisfied.
