After my mother died I had to move stuff out of the storage unit after some 8 years of her being with CubeSmart. Living in L.A. it was really hard to clean out a house and storage unit, so moving all of this stuff out by myself, both Jim and Tim were so helpful because they understood my situation, THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Easy and fast! Exactly what I needed. Plus we were able to drop our Penske truck here which was convenient.

I have had the unit 4 years at another location and the rates go up every year and the latest increase was 25% about 18.00 a month. I called the district manger to let him know that I am a loyal tenant and pay my bill on time and online and asked he could reduce the increase some and he said the rate would probably go up again next year - wow, it says a lot. Maybe I should just sell all my belongings!
