RecommendedThere Self Storage are very good and they storages are neat and clean and
Kinda a rip-off. I went in yesterday to get a smaller unit, and they accommodated me, but have no mechanism to prorate refund the monthly charge for the unit I got out of yesterday. Then on top of that they charged an administrative fee to process putting me in the new unit. I’m sure all of this is in the fine print of their contract, but it’s lousy business practices. So don’t vacate your unit before end of the month or you are going to be paying double, or paying for an empty locker.
There customer service was Great!! Jason helped me with all the questions. Great Service, very clean...
Tammie was exceptional and quick . She gave us a great deal and great advice as well as went above and beyond for us with our needs . Can’t say enough good stuff about our experience so far �
