Efficient & nice
Amanda assisted me so much during the initial rental process. When I asked if I could change units on my move in day, Zack was super helpful and even took the time to show me a couple of options to make sure I was happy with my final decision. Definitely recommend this location for any northwest Tyler storage needs.

I rented a storage unit here from May 2024 through August 2025. At first the price seemed fair, but they gradually raised it until it was hardly worth what the smallest unit should cost. The customer service was awful—any time I dealt with Amanda, she was rude and had an attitude. When I finally unloaded my belongings, I discovered rats and bugs had gotten into everything, even though all of my items were packed securely in Sterilite plastic totes.
