Easy to access and with a cart that is provided by CubeSmart to help with the load, made it much easier! The only thing that I didn’t like is that I was basically forced to but a lock from the facility instead of own. When I questioned it I was told that I would have to wait until next week to speak to the general manager if I wanted to give up that lock and get my money back for the charge. I didn’t have an option online when I reserved it to decline the lock.
