Initially had some issues with the 3 month discounted rate, you are initially charged every 1st of the month, so when I initially signed up on the 30th, I only got the discount on the first month for 2 days prorated. I called regarding the issue initially but customer service was not able to do anything. Boris reached out to me and was able to adjust the discount for me for the next month and help with any other confusion I had regarding the matter. Thank you!
