Our RV that was being stored was damaged on 2 panels. Large deep scratches with red paint. Cube Smart had recently switched to Top Notch Landscaping- this company has red mowers. Management refused to help because of their poor video surveillance. Cube Smart on Harper St in Stuart. Poor management and poor video surveillance.

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE COMPANY!! THEY UP YOUR RENT WHENEVER THEY WANT. STARTED OUT AT 211.00... NOW 287.00. I USED A STORAGE PLACE IN PSL. 10 YEARS RENT NEVER WENT UP! CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT GIVE A CRAP. WHEN I SAID I GUESS RENT COULD GO UP TO 400.00...SHE SAID YEP IT COULD. WHAT A CRAP PLACE! IM LOOKING TO MOVE!
Best rates in the area! The grounds and storage facility were clean and tidy. Good, secure location, set back from the road. The staff were all friendly and helpful (shout out to Frank, the wonderful manager who showed us around and explained everything to us)! I would definitely recommend this CubeSmart to anyone looking for a storage unit!
