Janelle was excellent and she provided outstanding service whenever I called or visited CubeSmart. However, the company itself decided to increase my monthly rent from $66-$78 for no reason 4 months into me renting an outdoor 5ft x10ft storage unit. Too soon to redo pricing in my opinion, so I took my business down the road to avoid future increases without much warning.
Rental was very smooth and fast. Highly recommended for storage needs.
The lady there Ms. J made the experience all the better with her accommodating assistance when it came to my transition from my molded unit to a fresh unaffected unit
I really like the way they were organized. The lock and info was in the storage and ready for me when I arrived. Doing all the paperwork online is a plus, All I had to do was go straight to the locker when I arrived.
