To Future Clients: I have been a customer of Cube Storage @ the Grand Street location for about 1 year. The unit area is clean. The Staff Brandon and Valarie are very accommodating and helpful. A few days ago, I locked my keys in my locker and I received prompt uncomplicated service to terminate my lock by Valarie.. Cubsmart at 4950 Watt ave north highlands warning do not rent there or your stuff will be stolen there security is bad and they dont take no responsibilty for theft at all even thou they have camaras are locks were cut off and the thiefs locks put on and are whole house stuff gone anf they say were responsible
Been a customer for over 15 years! (in good standing)Recently their accounting system has been a bit out of sorts. Trying to make payments they tell we have a credit then a few days later we are later and there is a new fee. When we try to handle the situation there seems to be a lack of understanding basic billing and how to reconcile accounts. Escalated to upper management with no additional knowledge of basic math. Very pleased with the three units I have. Karen has been great. She's been very helpful with my move from NJ to Old Saybrook. Above and beyond the call of duty trying to scrap a moving damaged running machine! It feels like my home away from home!
It was a very clean facility, the staff was amazing in ensuring I got the right deal for exactly what I needed. Definitely would look into doing business with them again!

I've been with CubeSmart since 2009 and it's been a great experience. Both Adilene and Natalie are always friendly and courtesies. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage.
Carol was awesome. I have never had a great experience with storage facilities until working with Carol at CubeSmart. She went above and beyond to make my wife and I feel welcome and valued. I highly recommend then to anyone looking for a storage facility.
