Very grateful to have a CubeSmart right down the street from me - Maria helped get me set up with a small unit that fit my needs perfectly.
BEWARE - If you can avoid renting at Store 0733 - Anderson Farm Rd, Austell GA - do so. My move-in was 3 hours delayed, because no one was in the office nor reachable by phone. I had to pay my movers for extra time. Very unfriendly staff and I have not heard from the manager yet. Really bad customer service. Also I noticed several water spots/stains (dried) from the roof in the not climate control unit area.

I had just relocated and needed a storage unit. I called his location and was immediately helped and had a unit reserved. When I went the next morning to fill out paperwork I was greeted with enthusiasm by Ashley. Within a half hour we had completed everything and I had the right unit for my needs. The price I was given on the phone was honored. Great customer service.
