I rented a 10x20 and the reality is it's maybe an 8x18. I'm going to measure when I go back to be 100% sure on that. Reserving the unit and getting the paperwork done was extremely easy and the lady who helped me was very nice and professional. My biggest dislike is that when I reserved the unit I was told I could pay and extra $15 to have access to my unit tween the hours of 10pm-6am, which is the hours I really need since I work 3rd shift and sleep during the day.
