I wanna start by saying First and foremost, I was greeted by an attractive queen, very comfortable, relaxing, warming presentation and wonderful energy. CeCe Respectfully, of course, as she was extremely helpful, don’t let anyone take that joy that smile that energy in the person that you are from you I give my respect where respect is due. And I do feel as if you deserve your flowers flower respectfully
My family and I have had nothing but positive experiences every time we have visited this location. The main employee that assisted us, Cece is a joy to work with and a real ray of sunshine. She gave us really valuable info about the storage units and made me and my family feel like she genuinely wanted to help us. If you're in the Duluth area and you need to store some things away, you should definitely consider using this location.
CC was very professional and Friendly. She helped decide the right size unit and it was a perfect choice.

I have been renting storage units consistently for about 10 years and this has been my worst experience. The phone customer service was horrible and I also requested to speak to the district manager multiple times in which he never called me back. Not to mention it’s not really temperature controlled because it feels better outside. I have to bring a fan if I’m in my unit too long. If it wasn’t such an inconvenience I would move.
