I received great customer service from Cece and Kristen. Since I was coming back from overseas, they gave me a refresher on how to enter the facility. They were really lively and professional.

Kristen and CiCi are amazing! They were both so friendly, helpful, and professional, and really made the whole experience easy. You can tell they genuinely care about customers and go above and beyond. The other manager, however, was not friendly at all, which made a big difference—Kristen and CiCi are the reason I had such a positive experience here. If you come to CubeSmart, I highly recommend working with them!
