Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this storage facility, particularly with the way my situation was handled by General Manager Tomese Dillard. On Sunday, 8/16/2026, I traveled from another state with my entire family to access my storage unit. I had made my payment while the office was open on Saturday, yet the lock on my unit had apparently not been removed.
