absolutely worst storage facility in Cary. customer service is a joke, can't access during "access" times, security lighting is worthless, increase reant every 6 months...EVERY 6 months.

Michelle and her staff have been very accommodating and helpful every step. From needing a unit on short notice to switching to a smaller size unit 2 months later they have been great. I would highly recommend using them.
