So the location is went to ended up not even getting the unit. First off wasn't told it was a locker it was up high not reachable Im only 4'11 so that was u acceptable. Now when I first walked into the location the guy who worked in there assumed since I have tattoos on ny face that Im ghetto, I told him thr place smelled like good food and he said he thought that I smelled the weed that he had just smoked. Very helpful, we kept playing phone tag, we finally were able to talk. Nothing wrong with phone tag just human nature. Very easy process, informative, kind and showed me the different sizes thaymt I would be interested in. Thank you for all your help.

I visited Cubesmart May 22nd and was assisted by an employee named Lakisha. I was having trouble finding the right storage and she was very helpful and informative. Lakisha took the time to explain the differences between several units. She even let me look through a few and gave honest feedback based on her experience. Her friendly attitude and knowledge really made a difference. I wouldn’t have found a perfect unit without her help. Thank you, Lakisha, for the excellent customer service!
