Manager was lovely Place was clean units were nice Carts were avalable and elevators are nice Answered all my questions and prices were nice Security good halways were very clean There was an time someone left somthing in the halway but managment resolved it quickly. And were super friendly on the call. That was the only incidnt that happend in the 6 months.
Unbelievably excellent. I arrived before they opened, and SANDY let me in anyway and started helping me. I must have asked 50 questions about size, cost, options etc. and she wasn't phased one bit, but just patiently gave me professional, excellent advice. I'm a happy camper!!
The management and staff at CubeSmart are always professional, responsive and very helpful. The facility is well managed and clean.
