I was inbound to Alexandria with my 20 foot travel trailer and needed a place to store it for about two months. Sandy, the store manager, took care of me over the phone and I literally drove into the secured spot a few hours later. She made it very simple and obviously knew exactly what she was doing. I appreciate people who hustle.
Smooth process! Information goes straight to email. Location was clean. My lock was waiting in a bag in my unit. Customer service was helpful, respectful and thorough.
