Excellent tour and introduction to the facility, which is clean and well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazingly, over the few weeks we've been using the unit, we're always able to find a cart when we need it (chuckle). We appreciate the piped-in music and lack of flickering or burned-out lightbulbs in the corridors. We're new to CubeSmart, but so far, so good!
Rented at the McLearn St CubeSmart yesterday with Adam. He was professional, very helpful and made the experience a breeze. He made sure we had a unit that net our needs. We are very pleased with the service we’ve received and highly recommend CubeSmart for your storage needs!!
Mitch was very easy to work with. Courteous and professional. The lease process did not take too long and he showed us our unit, got our code, etc. all very promptly.
