I visited Cube Smart today and was greeted by customer service person, Jeff. I was able to tour the facility and secure the storage space that best fit my need. The grounds are so clean. It was a pleasure speaking with him today.

3 stars for the facility. Yes, it is clean and easy to use the app to open the gate. But every storage place I have ever used is pretty much the same. Clean and easy to access. 5 stars for the staff. The man working there is super friendly, helpful, and actually listens and tries to solve your needs. Give that man a raise! 1/2 star. The company itself. Underhanded. Was easy to get a small storage space to git our needs. Delay on being able to register into app was a bit of a pain.
