We have been a customer for almost 2 years; always punctual with our rental payments. Although I'm not so pleased with the ( almost $3 ) ''Online/phone fee': what I really feel is exorbitant is the following: Several days ago, due to our daughter's 'move out', we arranged to rent a smaller storage unit; to match our reduced need. I was shocked when I discovered that there was a mandatory "Move-in" Fee!; listed as an 'ADMIN FEE' of $29 dollars!!! For an 'EXISTING Customer!!!' That...is a POOR Business policy! Albert H
Prices are deceiving. Admin fee + forced insurance are added at the very end. Expect to pay triple what they advertise..
This place is wonderful the two people that dealt with me today I'm sorry I apologize I forgot your name but you were absolutely wonderful I told you my story and not only were you sympathetic but you were caring and it went above and beyond that's what makes the business a great business thank you from the bottom of our hearts continue to keep doing what you're doing
Unit was ready and included a welcome !! A site map would have been helpful in finding my unit, we made it work!!
