Renae was very thorough, informative and friendly. She made the storage rental very easy.
Super clean facility, great customer service. Traci was stellar. Told her what I was looking for, Climate, close to a door and easy access. She nailed it! Quick and easy in and out in 20 min. Plus the app has great amenities for access. Best option for the area! Thank you!
I had a very unordinary situation and Renee and Patrick were very accommodating and helped me sort with adding/switching to a new unit. Very friendly team and very grateful for their kindness.
If you only need short term storage, CubeSmart might be an option. If you want to use the facility longer be prepared for them to raise your rate over and over again knowing you are somewhat held hostage by the work required to move all of your stuff. Our price has nearly doubled in one year, so be aware of that going in if you need space for a longer period of time. We also purchased our storage door lock from them. It turned out the lock could be opened by almost anything you could slide into the keyhole, leaving our posse... read more
