Shout out to Tracy at The Riggs smart cube location! I really needed into my unit ASAP and I accidentally broke the key off in the lock after hours. In the morning I called and spoke with Tracy who accommodated my work schedule. Due to the storm today, we couldn't cut the lock off but Tracy stayed till the storm passed to help me out. Thank you Tracy!
My initial experience with them was great, clean facility and nice staff. However, just 5 months into my rental agreement with them they changed the price on me from $76 to $176. When I complained I had to speak with many different people and they said they could drop the price to $132, which is still almost double what I signed up for. Patrick continues to be a huge help by answering questions, setting me up quickly, and getting me a unit that I preferred. This is the second unit I leased recently and it was as easy as possible. He is always walking the units and checking on them because every time I swing by I run into him outside the office. Great customer service.
