I had a great experience with the manager Jonae. I experienced her handle difficult situations with clients with professionalism and ease. She even provided me with the best options to fit my needs.
Management was amazing ! I would recommend this storage to everyone despite not having the unit I needed available I reserved for later on jones was a blessing ! Thank you
This place has gone down hill tremendously since they let Tia go! There have now been 3 incidents in less than 5 months smh the first was back in October when the property manager got the lock stock on my unit and had to get a drill to take it off. She didn't know how to use a drill, so I had to teach her and do it myself. We were there for at least an hour.
