The manager was so helpful. Usually there are two employees at these storage facilities. She was there working the whole place, front office and yard, all by herself. Does a great job and really took care of us.
We had a great experience at CubeSmart. We moved across country and the logistics were getting more and more difficult. But CubeSmart was awesome to work and the easiest part of the move. When the driver of our 75 ft truck said they may not be able to park here CubeSmart walked us through the site and it was not a problem for the driver at all. They even helped us find a company to move us out of our storage unit.
Betty was very pleasant to work and very professional as well! This is my third time using them for my storage needs.
