The on property mgt is wonderful & location/proximity to where I live is the main reason I rent a unit @ this location. Downside my building doesn't have sensor lighting but instead a switch to turn on the lights for up to 30 mins, if the lights go off & I'm in my unit it's absolutely pitch black to get down the long hallway to the light switch to turn them back on. #2 the gate is often broken which means anyone can drive or walk on to the property.#3 initial rates are good but then without adequate notice they will raise th... read more
