I needed a storage unit to store items related to a move. I was able to reserve a unit on Friday 2/28/25 and sign on Saturday (3/1/25). The monthly rate was reasonable and the CubeSmart manager (Betty) was very helpful guiding me through the process. The CubeSmart app I downloaded to my phone makes it easy to access the storage site.
NEVER any carts. This must be resolved. Raises in rent. Never any carts. Fix this. Original Post: Nice choices of sizes. Betty was great - efficient, knowlegable, easy to work with. Climate controlled units are clean and easily accessible. Betty needs help covering all her duties. We find she is commonly “on the grounds” when we need her. She tries to be available, but I believe she needs help.
