I had a great experience with Storage Rentals of America facility on East Main Street. The service was excellent from start to finish. The sales person was incredibly helpful and he took the time to understand my needs before recommending the perfect unit size. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process quick and easy. I really appreciate the friendly attitude and attention to detail—made me feel confident I chose the right place for my storage needs. Highly recommend!
This storage place is horrible. I rented a unit online and paid. I call for days to see how to get my pin to get into the lot. They also gave me a unit that was already rented out. I have been calling for days with no answer. We were able to get into the lot by pushing random numbers.
