Terrible experience with Steven. I went to access my unit this morning and the access code didn’t work. I called the office number multiple times after their posted opening time, and no one answered until 10 minutes after that. When I did got someone, he claimed that he had talked to me multiple times and told me the system had been suspended since I hadn’t been there in a certain period of time. The manager, Steven, was very welcoming and made the rental process an enjoyable one. He is knowledgeable, professional and very friendly.I appreciate that he took the time to answer my questions.
