Update: So Cubesmart corporate responded to my review and said reach out to them. I sent them an email and asked them to review the recording of the awful call and Steven’s rude behavior. They did not respond to my email, and now they are raising my rate by $50 a month!! What a shady company and location. **** Terrible experience with Steven. Wonderful experience at the Cheyenne Ave CubeSmart! Steven (CubeSmart Agent) was very personable and knowledgeable. After meeting with him and touring the site we decided we did not need to look any further… this would be the storage site to use!!! It is very clean and easily accessible. Can’t say enough nice things about—- most directed to Steven (a great representative for CubeSmart)!
