The gentleman helping me was great. Checked me in and did it in record time.
Carlos was great, very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Unfortunately, Stephen was not professional, so we no longer use this location.
I’ve been a Customer of CubeSmart on two separate occasions now. Stephen the on-site manager is fantastic! His calm demeanor and friendly approach made my experience with CubeSmart seamless. Thank you, Stephen.
Update: So Cubesmart corporate responded to my review and said reach out to them. I sent them an email and asked them to review the recording of the awful call and Steven’s rude behavior. They did not respond to my email, and now they are raising my rate by $50 a month!! What a shady company and location. **** Terrible experience with Steven.
