Beware of CubeSmart’s Bait-and-Switch Pricing: I’ve rented at this facility since it first opened under Storage One. CubeSmart is now the third owner—and by far the worst. Since they took over, the facility’s condition has declined, yet rates have skyrocketed. Right now, they advertise my unit size for $165/month for new customers, claiming the “regular” price is $275. Malik was very helpful in helping us to rent a space. His honesty and well mannered attitude should be commended.
NEVER NEVER NEVER Use this location. My unit has been broken into TWICE in 3 months. No cameras, no security. After the first break in I changed units and then that unit was broken into. The manager, Jim was very nice and helpful, BUT still 2 breaking in 3 months !!!
I just received my new storage unit. My moving day was nothing short of a nightmare. It was such a blessing to interact with someone like Jim after such a long day. Jim fully walked me through the process. He was patient and kind. My day really made a turn. There are still amazing people in the world.
