Let me begin by saying I have a reputation to uphold. I am a service person skeptic. When you walk in my house with those shoe covers I’m figuring that this is going to be a bad job, a person I can’t understand and a price I can’t swallow. But Cube ( particularly Freddy) restored my faith in service. The standard of professionalism, kindness knowledge and service delivery should be Best Practices for any person who crosses your home threshold and attempts to solve a heating and/ or cooling issue.

Nathan, the technician was very professional and courteous. He explained what was going on. When I asked him a question, he was very polite in answering. We were very satisfied with the promptness and service rendered.

Was able to call on a Friday and set up appointment for the following Monday. I had a prior company come out and found some issues that my hvac needed resolved. This other company quoted me twice the normal amount. They also didn’t work with the manufacturer of my system - Carrier. I reached out to my manufacturer and they suggested a few places and CUBE was one of them. I was able to get the systems inspected, fixed the problems and the parts were under warranty and available. I received outstanding service within an hour of calling which was especially noteworthy considering it was at a moment's notice on the 4th of July during 100+ degree temps. Freddy troubleshot and repaired our A/C in no time. Very nice and trustworthy guy. Thank you!
