Freddy did an outstanding job installing a humidifier for my HVAC system! The work was clean and neat, and he conducted himself in a completely professional manner throughout the entire visit. Cube replaced my furnace, cleaned coils, and repaired my drain. The technician was super supportive and communicative the entire process. They made constant effort to come and replace units regardless of the weather and day of the week. This is extremely important as it’s been super cold and we’ve had no heat, With four children. Between the communication, pricing, and availability, I could not recommend them higher.

We lost heat at the beginning of the latest 8 inch snow and ice storm and freezing temperatures. Freddy came by despite the roads still not being in great shape. He was very communicative, quickly diagnosed the issues with our furnace, and talked us through what was needed to fix it. He was very friendly, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and fun to chat with. Freddy got the spare part and repaired our furnace as soon as he could. Any future issues we have with our HVAC or water heater we will no doubt be calling Freddy!

The technician was wonderful as usual. He came that day knowing it was very cold and fixed the problem that DAY! If anyone in the Leesburg/Sterling area need these services we highly recommend them.
