I'm no computer whiz and had several problems getting my visa and De Viajeros. The person I spoke with at Cuba Travel Services was incredibly helpful, kind and patient. He stayed on the phone until I was able to set up an appointment for help. Jose Diaz, who helped me get my D'Viajeros, had it finished before my appointment time, within 5 minutes after I sent the information. Both were kind, patient and great examples of everything I had heard about the Cuban people.Highly recommended!!

Highly recommend Cuba Travel service! They are so quick to assist you in any way and will answer any questions you have quickly. I was fortunate enough to have Jose Diaz assist me and my friends and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He even helped us avoid a last minute mistake so that we can get our Cuba E Visa in time for our flight the same day! I would definitely use their services again in the future and recommend to all my friends and family.
