I just want everyone to know that I didn't quit my job because I didn't love my residents or my staff I quit because the CEO told me I was doing a piss pour job as unit manager. I did my job everyday and had my job done. i had to work the med cart because they dont have enough nurses. they said me and the other unit manager were not motivating the staff who are overwhelmed and overworked because they are understaffed and get mandated all the time. yet we take care of the residents during these trying times and get nothing bu... read more

The staff at Cuba Hospital is excellent in caring for our community! Our mom is in the nursing home there and the love and care she gets from the front line workers is exceptional! It breaks our heart that we can’t come and see her but the nurses and caretakers have been so kind and helpful in keeping us informed and in touch with our mom! Well to be honest I I don't know how long this will stay up because they like taking down my posts first of all managers or certain managers and certain coordinators about five months ago before all this covid-19 I went to visit someone really close to me that's in the nursing section and they were being rude and everything else to their employees and I thought it was really unprofessional and the employees are the hard-working amazing go-getters that we all need to be like are the real heroes not these stuck-up manager or c... read more

I went to the ER 11/28/17. not much treatment, a shot and given an rx, and sent on my way. I learned I had a severely herniated disc requiring surgery. I have been there before and was pleased with the treatment but not this time.
