Sadly, we have had to redo braces on both of our children, as well as re-educate them about going to the dentist. When one has healthy teeth going to the dentist shouldn’t hurt. I should have known when brackets wouldn’t stay in their teeth that their was a problem. I am not a novice to ortho work. When the retainers would not stay on, or hold up, the front desk staff as well as the desk staff were accusatory and rude. I have nothing nice to say about this office. I had not much dental work done in recent years and only had a few teeth left to eat with. I was referred to CCFD and in the last few weeks had teeth pulled at Great River Oral Surgery and now have dentures. CCFD put their dentures in that same day and I was eating within a few hours----Amazing! Dr Andrews & Dr Pluym both did excellent work on me and will do follow-up adjustments if/when needed.
