Pharmacist was very rude when I was trying to fill an Rx for a patient. This is not the first time this has happened.
I just had the most horrible experience with a pharmacist named Courtney. This location isn't the best for customer service in general, but this was the first experience I had with her personally when the tech needed help that was extremely upsetting. As a pharmacist, you are responsible for helping people and taking care of their needs, whatever they may be. I came in needing to refill my 18-months-old eye drops, pre-surgery. Every encounter I have with CVS Apple Valley Pharmacy is wonderful! The pharmacists and assistants are very kind and truly care about making sure you are well taken care of. It’s the only place my family and I will use for our prescription needs!
