Pharmacist was very rude when I was trying to fill an Rx for a patient. This is not the first time this has happened.
I just had the most horrible experience with a pharmacist named Courtney. This location isn't the best for customer service in general, but this was the first experience I had with her personally when the tech needed help that was extremely upsetting. As a pharmacist, you are responsible for helping people and taking care of their needs, whatever they may be. I came in needing to refill my 18-months-old eye drops, pre-surgery.
