I have been a member of the Eagan & Oakdale cub foods for over 15 years. I recently came to the W. St Paul location and I'm sorry to say I will be leaving this location & cub pharmacies because of the Horrific, unexcusable and very poor service. LONG lines with 5 staff.. messed up profiles for same person.. total incompetence.
Tried to speak directly with someone, no answer. Tried shortly after they open. The phone rings until disconnected. Not everything can be answered through prompts. Hard to get info if it is a new rx and you do not have the rx # to enter. Same experience regarding vaccines as others. Try to schedule something, then told will fit you in between filling rx. It's been approaching 3 weeks without a couple of my prescriptions. Been calling the pharmacy and messaging my doctor still. Still can't get my insurance to pay for anything, not because I don't have insurance that covers it, but because this pharmacy can't figure out how to put it in their system.Eeverything is still being paid for out of pocket on my end and they still won't even let me have my estradiol at all at the pharmacy, and my doctor says she can't get through to them despite calling. Went in at 6:30 for a strep test for my wife. The pharmacy assistant was pleasant and explained they do those test but the pharmacist interjected that that would not one tonight because it was late. My wife asked about a better time to come in and the pharmacist said during the day and if they could squeeze us in they would. I was hesitant to review as I understand it is a stressful position and adding a lot of work to the end of the shift is hard.
