Every single self checkout is card only. This morning there was one human running a register and they kept wandering off. Either staff a few registers or set up the self checks to take cash. It's ridiculous.
Very bad service
The checkout process is unacceptable. Rarely have more than two standard registers open and the self-checkout is a disaster. Scales consistently are wrong saying you need a cashier, but the cashiers are slow and inattentive. Cub needs to turn off the scale function or hire employees if they think theft is too high. This is nuts. I keep telling myself to stop shopping here.
Good prices and selection
