Unethical Billing. Rachel Mahan and CU Medicine have been the worst medical experience I have ever had. My son fell of the playground and broke his arm. We visited with our pediatrician, he confirmed by x-ray there was a break, and sent us to this facility to get it casted. Our one visit with Rachel Mahan consisted of her looking at the xray we provided, telling us that the break was healing on its own, and that nothing needed to be done.
