Complete idiots!! Dr. Alix is my (or mistakenly) my primary care doctor and he is great. This review is no reflection of him in any way. He deserves better. The review is for the front office staff that is so incompetent, they should be in jail. To make a 5 month story short, Dr. Alix's name is on my insurance card and was verified by Cigna that he was my doctor.
