I backed this company on Kickstarter and have only received half of what I paid for. They have no customer service and haven't updated Kickstarter in a while. There are enough smart locks on the market now that I would suggest skipping this product.
Won't reply to any e-mails to sort out my order - I paid in full and only received half of my order. Shocking customer service - many smartlocks on the market - buy another one. Candy House - respond to your customers!!
Terrible... ordered off their website and they said I would get it in a month and I didn't get the product for a year. When I finally got it, it didn't work... sent it back to return in November and I still don't have my refund and it is March and now their phone number is disconnected, not that they ever picked up. If I could give a zero I would...
