The place is infested with bugs and management says they cleaned and didn't.
CTR is the best property management company I have worked with as a renter, by far. Communication has always been clear and prompt, the few repair requests we have had have been taken care of so quickly, and we just had a great experience through every part of the rental lifecycle so far. Even paying rent is easy. I have been renting for over 15 years, so I have some experience, and definitely vouch for CTR. When my family gets to the point that we are ready to purchase a home, CTR will be our go-to.
Dishonest, don't get stuff in your rental fixed when asked, if they do fix it it's a temporary fix. They helped us when we were in a rush to find a new place, if we weren't as low as we were at the time we would never rent from this company. We will never recommend their business to anybody.
Angy took $300 for a partial payment toward deposit, and credited us $200 toward deposit for cleaning, then they (Kim, Charles and Angy) rented the home to someone else after we had done some clean up work in the home, got rid of marijuana, cleaned base boards, walls, toilets (the water had been shut off by the city, previous tenants left #2) floors, replaced sprinkler heads, mowed the lawn.
