Technician Daniel was great, very prompt and diagnosed the problem quickly. Though he did not have the exact part on hand, he was able to get the air conditioning up and running while he retrieved the correct replacement part. Very happy with his service and this company.

All staff are pleasant and helpful! I was notified when a tech was coming to my home via text and email, along with their name. The installers were neat and picked up each day. Unfortunately my condenser wasn't working properly. However, CTR was diligent in determining the cause, seeking out the Bosch tech person.CTR let me know the status of progress and the problem was fixed within a short time period. I really appreciated the communication from this company! And, I really like my minisplits:)
Happy with the service at CTR. Kris was great at explaining the HVAC business and where the technology is today and where the industry is expected to change in the future. The installation crew lead by Marcial were great to work with and kept me informed of the progress every few hours. They worked hard to make sure we had the installation of one furnace and two air conditioning units installed in a couple of days. We had new air conditioning the same day they removed the old units at our home.
Highly recommend CTR Heating and Air. As an homeowner and rental property owner I have used them for over a 15 yrs now. Several new installs and many service issues. Always conscious of providing a cost effective solution. Chris and his whole group are truly professionals and always a pleasure to work with.
