I first used their services 13 years ago on a friend's recommendation. She knew that, as a single woman, I was afraid of being overcharged and upsold on something expensive. Plus, it was the middle of the night. The owner came out and was ethical, honest, and affordable. This time was no different. AMAZING! My AC decided to die on me on one of the hottest days, Peter showed up within an hour of calling for help on a weekend. He jumped right to work and had my house cooling off again. He was so friendly, walked me through any questions I had, was upfront with pricing, gave me tips on other ways to keep the house cool and didn't try and upsale me on things I didn't need. I would recommend this company any day of the week! Thank you so much for taking care of me so quick and professionally!
Please read the entire review! I know this is a long review, however this was an unusual situation that needs a little background. My daughter and I purchased a home a little over a year ago and only have about 7 months left of a warranty for parts on our furnace. The furnace is only 4 years old, however we are not the original owners who had the home built in 2022 which is why the warranty is almost over. My AC stopped working, so I text CTR and they were able to setup an appt same day. Peter arrived on time, was very professional and friendly, quickly diagnosed the problem with the outside unit, and was able to fix it on the spot. Pricing was good too. I'm enjoying cool air again.
