My hot water heater's outlet pipe had a small hole in it and they had to drain the water heater to fix it. The repair went well and the guy was nice, but they didn't wait long enough to re-fill the hot heater with cold water and it cracked the inner workings, creating a leak. So now I'm out $500 for a now worthless repair and $3500 for a new heater and install (plus basement damage). We’re a local property management company and had selected CTR Heating & Air Conditioning with hopes of using them as one of our preferred vendors to assist the homeowners we represent. An appointment was made for them to service one of our homeowners, but unfortunately, the homeowner was unhappy when the work was not completed and the issue remained unresolved.
