Please read the entire review! I know this is a long review, however this was an unusual situation that needs a little background. My daughter and I purchased a home a little over a year ago and only have about 7 months left of a warranty for parts on our furnace. The furnace is only 4 years old, however we are not the original owners who had the home built in 2022 which is why the warranty is almost over. My AC stopped working, so I text CTR and they were able to setup an appt same day. Peter arrived on time, was very professional and friendly, quickly diagnosed the problem with the outside unit, and was able to fix it on the spot. Pricing was good too. I'm enjoying cool air again.
Peter came out and was right on time. A quick diagnosis and we were up and running. I couldn't be happier on a hit summer day!
FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! They were quick, efficient, and got everything working again so quick. Peter was awesome and he answered all of my questions, explained what went wrong, suggested ways to keep my A/C unit running smoothly, and absolutely treated us fairly.
