SERIOUSLY some of the best service I have had. I was panicking because my car was having a problem starting and they fit me in the day I called to the diagnostic. Everyone I encountered was so polite, which is big for me. There are just too many rude people out there that don't know the meaning of customer service. They told me it was my starter so I will be getting it replaced by them in the next couple of days. Will be coming to CTR for all my future car needs and highly suggest others do to. I went in because my parking brake was going out. They were able to just tighten the cables to hopefully fix it instead of having to replace them. I really appreciate an automotive service company that would do this (at a much lower price) then just tell me I needed new ones even if I didn't. Even if the tightening doesn't fix the problem and I have to replace the cables, I appreciate the effort to fix the problem more economically. I haven't found too many companies out there like this!
Pulled in with a flat tire and they were able to patch it and have us on our way in under 30 minutes!
