This has to be the Best Mechanic here in Janesville. Not only do they do amazing work. Chris the owner is always willing to help you with any questions you have. I highly recommend this Mechanic they work on all my vehicles from a 06 Mustang to a 02 F150.
Had some driveshaft work done, small error of behalf of tech (we are all human) addressed the mistake with Chris and he not only took accountability for the mistake, he reimbursed us entirely. That is great, honest customer service! We will absolutely return to CTR for auto service.

They did a wonderful job fixing my van that others couldn't.
I've had my car serviced here several times and have always been very pleased. I just had my thermostat replaced and felt the air coming out still wasn't warm when I picked it up. I brought my car back right away and they fixed the issue right then and there, and reimbursed me for the inconvenience. These guys are honest and their customer service has always been friendly and informative. I drive down to this shop all the way from Madison and will continue to do so for future repairs. 5 stars all around.
