CTMax was INCREDIBLE with my wisdom teeth. The whole ordeal was probably less than 45 minutes. They called to check on me once I was home and I have had practically no swelling nor pain; I don’t know how. I highly recommend them, and couldn’t be happier with my experience!
What a relief…that I found a nice place to remove my wisdom tooth. I had never had ANY procedure done and the entire staff from beginning to end gave me the absolute best comfort possible. It’s like they knew exactly what I needed to hear and when. The whole process seemed like it only took minutes with the extraction itself less than a minute. They never let me wonder about anything the entire time, they explained nicely that everything was going great. Highly recommend and am grateful to receive such great care locally.
I had two wisdom teeth extracted by CTMax on October 5th. I had a wonderful experience. The front desk was kind and informative. They checked on me hours after my surgery. My husband scheduled a consultation at the Torrington CT MAX office as he is having pain with his wisdom teeth. The provider took insurance information but did not disclose they are an out of network provider. At the consultation, CTMAX did a cone beam x-ray that is not covered by our insurance but did not disclose this and did not advise prior to doing the x-ray that there would be any out of pocket costs. Called this place to see what insurances they take and the person I spoke to was very rude and made me feel stupid. I am only 19 years old and I am just starting to take care of all my medical and dental appointments so I don’t know much about how it all works. As I was speaking, she cut me off and was very rude about it. Will not be going here.
