I will start at the beginning. The broken stairs: When I toured the apartment, there was a broken step leading to the apartment. Haley assured me she would complete a work order, so they were fixed before I moved in. The step continued to worsen and finally broke off. It was fixed after six months. Avoid CTL. I regret moving to a CTL property. The employees do not help with apartment issues, including mold, screaming neighbors, smoking, etc. They send things to collections without notice and the ONE person working at collections does not answer the phone or return voicemails.
