My wife and I own a Real Estate company in Copperas Cove TX. We hired Ctel to install a new phone system in to our new office we gave him a $900 deposit on November 3, 2014 with the promise that the system would be installed by opening date on December 15th, when the 15th rolled around he told me the phone system was not in yet and he would have it by the end of the week after multiple messages and no call backs he finally called me and said that he didn't have enough money to cover the phone system.
