J'ai eu une expérience très positive avec le Dr Kohn. C'est un chirurgien compétent et professionnel. La clinique est impeccablement propre et bien entretenue, ce qui m'a beaucoup rassuré. De plus, le personnel est très gentil, attentionné et serviable, ce qui a rendu mon passage à la clinique encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cette clinique et le Dr Kohn pour leurs soins de qualité.

Was never a fan of this clinic but out of necessity and convenience I stayed for 20 years seeing Dr Cohen. I just called to get an appointment to get my prescription only to find out that I was changed Dr without ever being notify or getting a letter and the Dr they changed me to without notification is no longer part of the practice. So I have to get a new referral to get an appointment to see Dr Cohen. The person on the phone did not care and was rude. Que dire de mon expérience... Désagréable somme toute ! Aucune éthique professionnelle, un manque de respect flagrant envers leurs patients qui ne sont pas informés à l'avance (afin qu'ils puissent s'organiser en conséquence) que leur dermatologue est parti exercer en Ontario. Je n'ai jamais vu autant d'amateurisme crasse de ma vie. J'aurais aimé savoir si le dermatologue en question est responsable de ce couac ou si le secrétariat pullule de personnes incompétentes. Une honte. A éviter !
