Paul was absolutely fantastic! Completed a highly thorough home inspection that was thoughtfully detailed. Beforehand, I let him know some areas of concern I wanted him to look into and he addressed those concerns and talked me through them along with recommended solutions while on site doing inspection. His report was just as thorough and detailed while also being delivered promptly. At any point if we had any questions, he was quick to answer and explain things further. Highly recommend!
Paul and Ethan did a fantastic job! The inspection was thorough, top to bottom, inside and out, and so timely. They came within a week of my first call and their report was sent in less than 24 hours after the inspection. So complete, including many pictures showing what the report said and recommended. Don't look anywhere else. Hire Paul!!
Paul was great to work with for our home inspection. He showed up a little early and had the entire outside of the house done before we arrived. He was very thorough in every room and even showed us how to use things around the house. Would use Paul again in the future.
Paul does excellent work as an inspector. His work is thorough, and his report was detailed and prepared within a few days. The drone shots of the roof and chimney were extremely helpful, and helped us identify some issues we would not have otherwise been aware of. I highly recommend him for your home inspection.
We had a great experience working with Paul. He was patient with us as we went through inspections since we are newer in the process. For the radon inspection, he had the set up done prior to the date and was able to get the report the next business day. Great detailed report, thorough and we recommend him for future inspections!
