Paul was incredible to work with! I called him on a last minute notice on a Tuesday for an inspection that I needed to get done ASAP. He was able to fit me into his schedule that week and saw me on Thursday! He was thorough in his work and promptly gave me the full report within 24hrs. He has amazing communication and response time! I highly recommend using Paul, he is so trustworthy and dependent!
Paul was very responsive & thorough and I highly recommend. He was able to schedule an inspection when another inspector hired cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice. Paul spent more than 3 hours on site, carefully working through the entire house, talking us through his findings as he went. Delivered a thorough report with dozens of pictures as promised, within 36 hours.
Paul is very nice, detailed oriented and thorough with his work. He shows you and explains everything in a way that even a novice understands. The report I received was easy to understand so you can make an informed decision. I highly recommend him.
Paul arrived on time, was friendly, thorough, and explained each item identified on the inspection and how to remedy any issues. He answered any questions I had and left detailed notes/pictures in the inspection report. For the radon testing, he provided the hour by hour readings from the machine with his recommendations. Overall, I’m very happy with Paul’s services and would recommend him to any homebuyer!
As a first time homebuyer, it can be a little scary not knowing what to expect in terms of potential issues in the home.
