At first I was was greeted at the door which is always welcoming. I went in for a acrylic soak off cool I wasn't able to get in at another nearby location because they were booked and this was my last resort. However I felt rushed the lady that soaked my nails didnt Care to completely get off all the extra dried acrylic. Due to bad lighting in the salon I didnt realiz until I stepped outside in the sun noticed my nails still had acrylic and dried powder on them. 1. Booked a pedicure - arrived and was not given an option to select a service type, I had to ask for the menu, selected the service i wanted. Response “No time”. 2.Color selected was not available. 3.Salon and equipment outdated. Nail tech pleasant enough, but overall an experience I am not desperate enough to repeat.
Love this place! Always care about you and make sure you are happy. Amy and Sandy are the best.
My first time at CT Nails & Spa.. Amy..The only name you need to know !!( My nieces nails came out gorgeous also) But let me say a few words about Amy.. She performed magic on my (Footy Krueger)feet.They look and feel amazing!! She also went above and beyond with my hands, I had done some self maintenance (we will call it) that made things harder for her But she fixed me up with her great technique,even brought some youthfulness back to my hands,,Toe and nail polish done perfectly..
