Nice guys and very honest. We had been using Karden, the repair shop that was in the same location, and when the alternator in my daughter's RAV4 died we called them (Toyota wanted big bucks to do the repair). It wasn't Karden any more but we thought we'd give them a chance. They loaned us a battery so we could drive the car to the shop and they replaced the alternator, checked the existing battery (it was still good) and charged a reasonable price.
