Unbelievably excellent customer service! And I wasn't even a customer. I randomly called (from another state) to ask some questions about a unit they sell, but I told the man (Chris) right at the beginning that I could not control who my local company buys from. He gave me most of an hour, and continued helping me even after his work closed. I have never learned SO MUCH about a complex subject.
