This was my first home purchase so I had no idea what I was doing and what a lot of it meant at first. I worked with Michael, and he made sure I understood everything before he left. He arrived at about 8 am and I met him about 10:30 to go over everything. He was very thorough, had a detailed binder with pictures of the inspection ready to go for me. Very knowledgeable and professional.
Buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do. Add in the factor that we are buying from Texas and it’s a whole new level of crazy!
